For my first 15 years of practice, I specialized in Chapter 11 reorganizations and complex Chapter 7 cases, later expanding to business strategy, debt workouts, creditor representation, and other business litigation. Today, I guide clients from startup to exit—raising capital, structuring deals, and resolving disputes, while at the same time protecting assets held by the owners and executives behind the business.
